Anthony Walsh (better known as Tony) Garryduff Drive, Castlebar and late of Shunnagh, Parke, Castlebar– peacefully at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar on 28th September 2025.
Predeceased by his daughter Karen, his parents John and Nora (née Roache) Walsh, his brothers John Joe and Paddy and his sisters Rose Stenson, Eileen Walsh, Sr. Teresa Walsh and Mary Kate Walsh.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie (née Lally) and his daughter Ciara and son Shane ; his granddaughter Saoirse and her mother Erin; his sisters Agnes Kelly (Ballina), Rita Mone (Letterkenny) and Margaret Lawton and her husband Ted (Cork); his nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, all the family circle, friends and neighbours.
May he rest in peace.
Tony will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar F23 FD90, on Tuesday 30th September, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, arriving at 7.30pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 1st October at 11.00am.
Afterwards Tony will be laid to rest in Parke New Cemetery.
